Definition: Aggregate is a collection of items that are gathered together to form a total quantity.

The fleeting moments of knowledge in which we discover our existence are facts that can be committed to memory. We can enlarge this aggregate memory and refashion it as we go through a lifetime. By saving these memories on paper and reconstructing the images of our lives. We see the art of our lives unfolding before us.

SDC89: Triangles. Mini Journal

SDC89: Triangles

It is Stampotique Design Challenge again.... Nellie is our hostess and is challenging us to use at least one triangle in your work. Easy Right?

I worked in my mini journal for this challenge. How I did this is.... I used watercolor paper and drew lines and filled in the triangles then I took watercolor masking fluid and a disposable paint brush and filled in over the pencil lines. Wait for the masking to dry and throw away the disposable brush. Now the fun part. Using my water brush and watercolors just played with color. Once the paint is dry you can roll off the masking off and erase the pencil lines.

Stamped the edges of the paper with light gray and medium gray ink with Stampotique Stamp Honeycomb Background.

Then stamped Mary onto white card stock and colored with Copic markers then fussy cut her out. Stamped another image of Mary onto the Triangle watercolor paper so that you can see all her details. Glue Mary onto the top of the stamped image on the watercolor. Then give her a shadow with Copic markers. Adhere the Thicker Sicker letters and Date stamp.

Hope you are able to play along with us at Stampotique Designers Challenge this week. You do not need to use Stampotique Stamps. You have a chance to win $30 in a gift certificate to Stampotique Originals Stamps.

Enjoy your creative day.
